    Role Description

    This is a full-time on-site role located in Central, Hong Kong, for a Sales Associate.

    The Sales Associate will be responsible for assisting customers, managing inventory, processing transactions, and maintaining the visual appeal of the store. The role also involves providing excellent customer service, understanding customer needs, and ensuring a pleasant shopping experience.


    Key Responsibilities:

    Requirements

  • SALES DIRECTOR - FULL TIME

    Role Description

    The Sales Director will lead the brand’s sales strategy and execution across multiple channels, with a strong focus on driving new business partnerships and direct-to-consumer growth. This role suits a self-motivated professional who thrives in a mission-led, creative environment and has a proven track record of delivering results in fashion or related industries.


    Key Responsibilities:

    •⁠ Develop and execute sales strategies for B2B (wholesale, retail partners, concept stores) and B2C (e-commerce, pop-ups, trunk shows).

    •⁠ Identify and secure new wholesale accounts, retail collaborations, and brand partnerships.

    •⁠ Manage existing relationships with buyers, distributors, and global retail partners.

    •⁠ Oversee customer acquisition and retention strategies for online and offline channels.

    •⁠ Support product launches, seasonal campaigns, and collection rollouts in alignment with the brand’s values and positioning.

    •⁠ Analyze sales metrics, market trends, and customer feedback to optimize performance.

    •⁠ Work closely with marketing, design, and operations to align sales initiatives with brand vision and sustainability goals.

    •⁠ Represent the brand at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings in target markets.

    •⁠ Prepare sales reports and analyses to track performance, identify areas for improvement, and inform strategic decision-making.


    Requirements

    •⁠ ⁠7+ years of experience in fashion sales or business development, preferably with sustainable or premium brands.

    • Existing network of B2B retail and wholesale contacts in fashion and lifestyle sectors.

    • Strong understanding of omni-channel retail, digital sales, and customer engagement.

    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a results-driven mindset.

    • Passion for sustainability, craftsmanship, and purpose-led fashion.

    • Entrepreneurial attitude with the ability to work independently in a commission-based structure.

    • Proven track record in sales leadership within the luxury fashion industry, with experience in international markets is a plus.

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.

    • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.

    • Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
