Drawing inspiration from her family background in textile technology and her love for design, Olivia’s vision for Shinaraa is built on a foundation of eco-friendly materials, fair labor practices, and artisanal craftsmanship. Her ability to blend timeless elegance with ethical fashion has helped cultivate a loyal following of conscious consumers who value both style and sustainability.
Arnab, as co-founder and COO, brings over two decades of experience in business management, product marketing, and strategic planning. Having worked with renowned brands and completed an Executive MBA from Harvard, he possesses a profound understanding of the global fashion industry. Encouraged by his peers at Harvard, Arnab took the idea of Shinaraa from a concept to a leading name in sustainable luxury, ensuring that sustainability is embedded at every stage of production.
Together, Olivia and Arnab lead Shinaraa with a shared vision: to create high quality, thoughtfully designed fashion that champions sustainability, innovation, and craftsmanship. Internationally recognized for her contributions to sustainable luxury fashion, Carina earned runner-up distinction in the prestigious 'Redress Design Awards' in 2019—the world's largest sustainable fashion design competition highlighting emerging talent. Her pioneering work in circular design principles has established new standards for luxury brands committed to reducing textile waste.
Carina's exceptional academic credentials include a Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design specializing in sustainable textiles, a Master's in Creative Direction and Advanced Pattern Making with focus on zero-waste techniques, and a second Master's degree in Fashion and Design Industry Management emphasizing ethical supply chain practices. This comprehensive educational foundation combines creative vision with technical precision and business acumen—the perfect trifecta for revolutionizing luxury fashion.
