CO-FOUNDER & CEO

Olivia Saha

Olivia Saha is a data-driven business transformation leader with expertise in retail intelligence, digital strategy, and cross-functional product management. As Co-founder and CEO of Shinaraa, Olivia drives ethical fashion innovation—blending sustainable design, conscious consumerism, and scalable impact to redefine style with purpose. Previously, she served as Business Intelligence Lead at DFI Retail Group in Hong Kong, spearheading data initiatives to optimize retail operations and customer experiences. Before that, she was  a Business Transformation Manager at DFI, she drove digital innovation across the organization. Her earlier roles include Product Analyst at HSBC’s Serai, where she led the launch of a supply chain visibility platform, and Senior Analyst at Kerry Logistics, where she designed data solutions for global freight management.

With a strong technical foundation from roles at Tata Consultancy Services and PCCW Solutions, Olivia combines analytical rigor with strategic vision. An active contributor to the business community, she serves on the CUHK MBA Advisory Board and was selected as a UNLEASH Global Talent for her work on sustainable development solutions. Her career reflects a unique blend of technical expertise (SQL, Java, BI tools), stakeholder management, and a passion for leveraging data to solve complex business challenges.

Olivia holds a Bachelor of Technology from Maulana Abul Kalam Azad University of Technology and an MBA from CUHK Business School, where she was on the Dean’s List and was her class valedictorian.

Co-Founder & COO

Arnab Neogi

Arnab Neogi is a dynamic entrepreneur and operations leader with expertise spanning luxury fashion, AI/tech, and industrial solutions. As Co-founder & Chief Operating Officer of Shinaraa, a Hong Kong-based sustainable luxury fashion brand, he drives strategic planning, financial management, business development and end-to-end supply chain operations while cultivating a high-performance team aligned with the brand’s ethos. He also co-founded a Silicon Valley-based AI/cloud platform startup and concurrently serves on the Board of the holding company.

With a decade & half of cross-industry leadership, Arnab previously held senior roles at Copeland (a Blackstone portfolio company and formerly part of Emerson Electric Co.), where he spearheaded Asia-Pacific cold chain and HVAC product marketing, business development, and regional growth initiatives. His last role was that of a general manager, overseeing product and business development.

His career reflects a rare blend of technical acumen (AI, analytics) and luxury operational excellence, consistently delivering results at the intersection of innovation and execution. A multilingual strategist, he thrives in global, fast-paced environments—from San Francisco to Hong Kong—bridging gaps between technology, sustainability, and premium customer experiences.

Arnab is a computer engineer by profession and holds an MBA from CUHK Business School, and an executive MBA from Harvard Business School.
