1. Shipping Locations:
We proudly ship our sustainable luxury apparel to customers in more than 30 countries. Whether you're in the heart of the city or a remote destination, we’ve got you covered!
2. Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 2 business days. We take great care in preparing each order to ensure it meets our high standards of quality and sustainability. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.
3. Shipping Methods:
Shipping options vary depending on the delivery address, your expected lead times and garment availability. When you place an order, we will show you available shipping methods, costs and delivery timelines.
Please note that shipping address should be in the same region as the one from where you placed the order
We offer home delivery in a variety of shipping options to suit your needs, including:
Domestic (Hong Kong SAR)
- Standard Shipping: 2-4 business days
- Express Shipping: 1-2 business days
International
- Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
- Express Shipping: 2-5 business days
4. Eco-Friendly Packaging:
In line with our commitment to sustainability, all orders are packaged using eco-friendly materials. We strive to minimize waste and encourage you to recycle or reuse our packaging whenever possible.
5. Shipping Costs:
- Domestic Orders (Hong Kong SAR): Minimum order of HK$500 for express shipping. No minimum order required for standard shipping. Free shipping on orders over HK$4000.
- Standard Shipping FREE
- Express Shipping HK$40
- International Orders: Only Hong Kong fulfilment available. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

6. Tracking Your Order:
